At Pacific Boarder, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that hardware, technical apparel, and boards are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
